These Terms of Service govern your use of the o1 platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Subscriptions and Payment Policy

  • Subscription plans (annual, monthly) can only be cancelled and refunded within 14 days of their initial activation, and refunds are processed within 14 days.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. If cancelled, the product will continue to work until the end of the current subscription period and will not renew automatically. You can reactivate your subscription at any time.
  • When automatic subscription renewal is enabled, subscription fees are processed automatically as soon as the new subscription invoice is issued.
  • No refund will be issued in cases where the customer changes their mind after the service has been delivered as promised.
  • Refunds for services purchased through promotions or discounts are processed based on the actual amount paid by the customer.

Automatic Renewal

If you enable automatic renewal, your subscription will be renewed and your payment method will be charged automatically when the new subscription invoice is generated. You can disable automatic renewal from your dashboard at any time.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for eligible cancellations made within 14 days of the initial activation of a subscription. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days. Services delivered as promised are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind.

Promotions and Discounts

When services are purchased through promotional offers or discounts, any approved refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer, not the original list price.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
